I just had a helix piercing done at Elegance and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The new shop is absolutely beautiful and all the artists and workers were so nice, not to mention their amazing jewelry selection. 10/10 recommend

I’m new to the area and needed some piercing help after going to a different shop. I was offered an appointment the same day. I was helped by Oz and they were extremely professional and kind. 100% will return and recommend Elegance to everyone.

Amazing experience here! Communication beforehand was very responsive and clearly set expectations. Making an appointment was very easy. The location is easy to find and the inside was immaculately clean and welcoming. The staff could not have been friendlier and were attentive as soon as I came in. Jay was straightforward, helped figure out exactly what would work based on what I wanted and explained things well. The setup was thorough, but everything was all very easy and efficient. The atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
