I was having trouble with my Gardall safe and tried to adjust it myself. Big Mistake because I locked myself out. I called Joseph's and was put in touch with Adam. Adam had good communication, was prompt and had me back in business for much less that I was quoted. The only way it could of been a better experience is if I called them before I attempted a repair!

Came in to get many copies of a key made. Staff worked quickly and efficiently, they had the right blanks on hand, and got me on my way. All the keys worked properly. Great service, well definitely be back the next time I need keys made.

Ken was available to come out and assess our locks on the same day we called. He was able to re-key all of our locks. Very quick and efficient. He was also pleasant to interact with (safely, during COVID). We would certainly use Joseph's again in the future, without question!Services: Door lock & bolt hardware installation
