A few years ago I mentioned to a friend that I liked how nice his grass always looked. He told me he used Michael's. I said it must cost a fortune, and he said it cost less than him buying all the products needed himself. I was skeptical, but I gave Michaael's a call, and my friend was right. Not only are they affordable, they worked with my schedule, and it does cost less than buying all the products needed. Master Phil did such a great job with the help of his wife Mary for our sons 5’th birthday party! There were about 15 5-6 year olds and they were fully engaged the whole time! The kids loved it! The chopsticks and fortune cookies were such a great touch! This was such a great place to have a party! So different from all of the jumpy places and arcades!!! Glad we chose to have it here, we were not disappointed!!!

Bernie was very informative about the trees when visiting my home, and explained how pruning certain branches would help with getting more sunlight to certain rooms in my home and we also had two trees removed. Bernie provided me a quote the same day, and the crew was excellent and completed the work as described. They did a great job cleaning up and were very professional. Great place, I've been going for a few years now, I am blessed to have Sherwin as my hair stylist. He is a true artist. I've also gone for waxing and facials, although not sure of their schedule or if covid is allowing that... Call and find out. But the hair stylist there at Estilo, very clean, very friendly. This is the type of professional atmosphere where you can relax and enjoi the simple things such as a hair cut.

She is a hard working woman and still cuts at a pretty low price. We were there on Saturday because the place we usually go to was closed, but me and my wife loved the woman, her haircut and her talk of course. Haha.
I got lash extensions here for the first time and overall had a really good experience. The lash tech was gentle, patient, and kind, which made me feel super comfortable. The space was clean and relaxing, and I appreciated how calm the appointment felt from start to finish.
That said, since it was my first time, I would’ve loved more explanation along the way—just to know what to expect during each step. Also, the bottom gel tape wasn’t the most comfortable, though not unbearable.
Some of the corner lashes have fallen out since, but I suspect that might be from me sleeping on my side.
Still, I’m happy with the results and would recommend them—especially if you’re looking for a soft, natural look with kind care.

We recently completed a total kitchen renovation with MSK furnishing design, cabinet, countertops and back splash, while installation labor was by a private contractor of our choosing. This was our first major indoor renovation project. Jenn Bastien was our designer & sales consultant, and even though we were total reno novices, Jenn was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jenn was a true, no-pressure consultant who helped us navigate the overwhelming and seemingly infinite options to select a final design that we loved on paper and love even more so now that it’s installed! Communication was timely, thorough, and accurate with responses to all calls and emails. We did receive one cabinet with handling damage that was not known until opened. MSK immediately ordered a replacement with no hesitation, pushback or BS. The end product came out looking just like the model with no re-work or remodeling required. We would absolutely do business with Jenn and MSK again and we recommend them highly!

Henrique is always polite and helpful, friendly and accommodating. His attention to detail is impeccable. I feel very comfortable using him as my contractor. He definitely goes above and beyond. He explains things that are going on and lets you know what might happen ie worst case scenario/best case scenario. He’s incredibly attentive to the work being done and is always present when you need him.
I felt bad one night when I called him for a broken sewer pipe. It was the end of a work day unfortunately but he showed up and he and his partner worked until late to clean up the mess.

We had an urgent need to deal with a Wasps Nest in the house this day as wasps started appearing in upstairs rooms in increasing numbers. I called a number of local companies - one, in my view quite expensive, another - with useful advice but unable to schedule anything for a week. East Coast Pest ("Tim") was personable, reasonable and offered same day service - initially with a two-hour window but called me back several hours before this window to give me a half-hour time-slot. Dave showed up promptly and dealt with the nest professionally. The rate was reasonable and proportionate to the work that was done. Based upon this one-time experience - I would not hesitate to recommend East Coast Pest Control.

Dillon Tree Service was hired to remove a very large pine tree that fell onto our roof. They arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, carefully using their large crane to remove the tree safely from the roof. They quickly chipped the entire tree, and cleaned up the remaining debris from the roof and yard. This was an outstanding job, and we will definitely hire them for any tree work in the future.

I went to Dr Hokanson for a back and neck issue. Those of you that know me will attest that I can’t sit still for long. I am a runner and very active person. He helped me feel balanced all over and my aches and pains are so much better. My Nisha and Sadie Rose had the most wonderful care from everyone at CAH and the Inn and Spa for over 10 years. We unfortunately moved from the area and have never been able to find care that has been able to match CAH! I am thankful and grateful for the services that I receive there as well as the friendships that I was able to make. In the darkest times of losing one’s family member, they too mourn. Even if they are about to close for the day and your pet is in a life threatening emergency, they stay open to ensure your pet’s safety. I am so pleased to see that many of the staff that I was able to see on a regular basis are still there today. It shows the dedication and fortitude of the staff and organization. I went to go see Katelyn for a prenatal massage and she took me almost immediately! Her space is beautiful, clean and inviting. I've gotten massages for several years, but this was my first prenatal massage. She listened to what I was needing, and especially focused on my trouble areas like my back and shoulders from old injuries. If you are looking for a prenatal massage therapist, she is the girl to go to!

I was sent to Baystate after sustaining a shoulder injury. Alyssa, Nicki and Jenna were allcompassionate and effective . I was given new home therapies to do every week, they were able to stretch and release tightness through massage and dry needling. They often used humor as a distraction during some of the more painful techniques . I am now almost completely back to full function without needing surgery! Thank you to the Baystate team you are the best!!
