We are having a very good experience with our exterminator. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He takes the time to inspect everything carefully, explain the process, and answer all of our questions. He is also very understanding and reassuring during a stressful situation. I had a wasp nest on my property and reached out for help. John charged a very reasonable price compared to other vendors. He treated the nest one evening, and by the next day the wasp activity had almost completely stopped. By day three, I didn’t see a single wasp near the nest.
