“The medical care at this clinic is excellent. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk staff has also always been courteous and helpful during my in-person visits.

Unfortunately, the online and phone communication is extremely disappointing. Phone calls often go unanswered, and messages can take days to receive a response. Sometimes, I only received a reply after the opportunity to resolve my issue had already passed.

For a clinic that charges premium prices, this level of customer service is simply not acceptable. Good communication before appointments and between visits is an essential part of patient care. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its online and phone support, because it does not reflect the high quality of the medical team.“

Come here for the chats and the service. This is not your typical silent nail appointment. I received excellent service, but I was particularly impressed by how the team went above and beyond for a nice young woman who was getting her nails done for her bat mitzvah. She had very particular requests and they were more than accommodating to make her feel special. I left with my feet feeling brand new!“
