I live in a fairly large garden-style condo complex, and should I need work done, it must always be by a licensed professional. Bobby helped me with the installation of a hot water heater, a toilet, and a dishwasher. Every detail in each process was done with great care. “I had a large rear dormer placed in my attic facing my backyard on a 97 year old colonial with its original slate roof, and it came out very nice. It was a shell construction project, eventually done in the way I anticipated. I liked working with them, and they replaced all my recycled slates on the outer layer of the roof nicely. I recommend them for the beginning of any potential additions to your home. I wish to hire them again.“

“I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice.They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days.
