“Shame on me for not doing this sooner! This is exactly what my body needs even though "I think" I need a "beat my muscles" Deep tissue massage. So incorrect I am! My Piriformis muscles get so incredibly tight from an old injury and repetitive motions while at work. It affects so much of my body,mind and every aspect of my life due to the constant pain. When I have my appointment I feel like I not only get the correct type of massage I TRULY need but I also learn so much about my muscles, and other ligaments that can and are affected. “When I visited the Rose Wellness Spa I had a lot of pain in my lower back. I was greeted at the door by two very friendly employees. Soft Chinese music was playing in the background. The spa was very clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was relaxing. I chose the one hour treatment and added hot stones. Absolutely a good choice. For the next hour the therapist diligently used her hands and elbows to dig into the knots in my neck, back and legs. I felt 100% better. Thank you! I will be back.“
