I always had such deep forehead lines, I was very self conscious. In September 2024 I received my first treatment ever at 34 years old.
The entire team at One Eleven Med Spa made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The injector took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave honest recommendations instead of overdoing anything.
My Botox came out incredibly smooth and natural — refreshed without looking frozen. The lip filler was exactly what I asked for: subtle, balanced, and perfectly shaped. Zero migration, minimal bruising, and the results healed beautifully.
The spa itself is beautiful, classy, and welcoming, just like the owner Jamie and all the staff at One Eleven Med Spa. You can tell they truly care about their clients and their work. I always get so many compliments and after just under two years I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelly at Zoel. I went in for a color correction after a previous color experience left my hair uneven, brassy, and not at all what I had asked for. I was nervous and honestly a little discouraged walking in, but Kelly immediately put me at ease. She took the time to really listen to what had happened, what I was hoping to achieve, and what I did and did not want. She explained the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and approached my hair with so much care and precision. The end result was absolutely beautiful. The color is even, natural, and exactly what I had been hoping for but did not think was possible. Kelly is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. You can tell she truly cares about her work and about her clients. I walked out feeling confident, happy, and finally loving my hair again. I am a notorious haircut hater; I've left countless salons in the last 7 years either frustrated enough to give myself a hackjob touch-up at home (badly) or just flatout crying, defeated. So many times I've shown references just to have them be ignored, or have been dyed a color several shades off from what I asked for.
I went to Jeffrey Robert Salon on a whim, desperate for a haircut after over half a year spent growing out a botched bleach job from last summer. I was so anxious at the prospect of letting someone else cut my hair again - but, wow. I made the right choice going here, Shayla was just amazing. She took the reference I showed her very seriously and periodically asked me what I thought about how it was going, if I liked it, if the layers looked good. I was grinning the whole time, like yes, it's perfect, oh my God. She listened when I told her to cut certain parts a bit shorter; she made sure it framed my face, because I told her I was worried about that. She gave me recommendations for products to use and taught me the best ways to style it moving forward. I left glowing. This is the best haircut I've gotten professionally in ... ever, I think. I haven't been able to stop smiling - and crying, just a little, but this time out of joy.
I cannot say enough good things about The Hair Loft. I followed my stylist, Emily, from a salon in Spencer, MA and I have seen her absolutely FLOURISH! She is not only a joyful and kind human being, but her enthusiasm and love for her clients is second to none. I started venturing into fashion color earlier this year and she has made my vision come to vibrant life every single time!

Had the best experience with jay. She is amazing at what she does I got a hair cut with her which I usually dread because I have really curly hair and always feel like I leave with way too much off, this was not the case with her she reshaped my hair without losing much length at all and I will definitely be back. Will be recommending her to all my friends :)

I have been a patron of Mikes barber services at RBs for the last year or so. Mike goes out of his way to include you, understand what you want for a haircut, and keeps conversations pleasant throughout. He does a phenomenal job with my beard and hair, and it’s hard imagining going anywhere else. He even gave me a haircut in a power outage once using a head lamp!
Always get the best haircut here. For you hairy guys she often offer to trim your eyebrows; DO IT!

Today was my first time visiting this salon, and I had very short and damaged nails. It was an amazing experience! The lady who did my nails, Kim, is a true professional and clearly loves her job. I ran all over looking for someone to cut my hair and everyone was booked and turned me away. I just happened to see this little gem and called and Debbie said if I can make it to her in 5 minutes she can take me. In the middle of her doing a color she did a quick cut. I could not love my hair enough. Debbie listened to everyhing I wanted. She was like Wonder Woman. Clip, clip, chop, chop and I was in and out. My hair came out just the way I explained to her. She now has another customer for life. I truly appreciated her taking her time and squeezing me in knowing she had a tight schedule and she was still warm and friendly and all the woman, clients and co worker were very friendly. A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.

I went today, my first time at your place the very talented professional name was Ashley. I have to say that with her Assistance, there may have been years of dormant emotional pain and stress released from just trapped areas that I didn’t know could hold pain and stress. She found it and she got rid of it for me and for that, I’m grateful but her massage side manner Was nothing less than exactly what was necessary for that session. I don’t know if I thanked her enough, but I’m very grateful and I will definitely be patronizing your establishment again but to sound less lame I will totally totally let up my stress at your place again. I really appreciate that you guys exist and that There’s somewhere that cares enough to be this good to educate themselves and to want to just I mean, she just listened and was able to help and from moment one to the last moment was just I felt like I’ve known her forever and was very comfortable and she was very professional and knowledgeable and it was a good very needed and emotionally validating time for me coming from a person that struggles with self validation. i do not live in MA so was was hoping to get a massage over my christmas break. nicole was able to squeeze me which was a HUGE plus. i've been getting massages for years and nicole was one of only TWO therapists that i've had outside my normal person that i could, tell her what i get and she was able to replicate exactly what im used too. i'm sure if you've never been or are not used to massages she is equally great, but i will definitely be back the next time i'm in town!
