Susan prioritizes client safety by disinfecting all tools and surfaces. While street parking can be limited, there is also parking available across the street.
The couple (the hairstylist and her husband) is friendly and patient. They reply to the messages for the bookings. It is better to text than to call them. The place is nice and clean. They have strong support from long-term customers around Worcester. Highly recommended for any gender or ethnicity to get the hairstyle that you want. My husband likes his too.
I’ve been going here for 19 years and I love the service, friendliness and quality of my cuts and waxing. I won’t let anyone cut my hair or wax my brows, Vina is awesome and is a very nice person to know and call my friend.
My family and I have been seeing Susan for many years now. She’s very attentive to detail when it comes to family (men, women, and children) haircuts and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.In the past she accept both walk-in and appointment based but more recently she works more off of appointments (at least that I know of).Very personable and she’s also very calming to children haircuts.I believe she does offer other services such as hair coloring, perms, etc.Coming to a low of the pandemic phase, she continues to disinfect her tools, seats, aprons etc, to keep both her clients and herself safe to ensure a safe and healthy environment.Parking can be a...read full review
