He fixed our busted capacitor, got the external fan running and even replaced the filter - all free of charge since we’re on their maintenance plan. He even carried in Chewy boxes of cat food and cat litter from the driveway! 🤩 So grateful - and glad we’re customers.”

“So a true story here. Our AC failed this weekend Fourth of July. Big heat wave wave in Boston as we all know. I called several HVAC companies and of course they’re all very booked but a guy shows up from a company I shall not name and after doing a little bit of examinations tells me I need a new AC system immediately. It’ll be eight to $12,000. He can do it Monday. Meanwhile, I had also called Ken and he showed up (I believe this is Ken himself), about an hour and a half later. He proceeded to take a look and then simply replaced our capacitor unit and hosed off the condenser coils with my water hose. Immediately, the fan on the external unit at our house was functioning again which the other guy told me was broken and needed to be replaced, hence need for full system replacement. So I had a functional AC system…for $375 vs $10,000!!! What can I say Ken? It’s an honest guy and straight shooter…outstanding service. Highly recommend and not scam artist. Thank you Ken.”

They went over everything within the AC units and before they left came back in to make sure everything was running again and the Eco thermostat was running as well. “walter and blake, his supervisor, did a very thorough job checking my heater and boiler system. they explained what they were testing, why each furnace part mattered, and how the heating system was performing. they have inspected my heat and cooling equipment for a long time, and my older system is still running well because of the regular maintenance. service visits are done twice a year, with the heater checked before cold weather and the cooling system checked before summer. with the service membership, emergency heater repair help is available anytime, which gives me peace of mind. after being away for a week with the thermostat set at 60, i came home and found the house much cooler than expected. because of the membership, walter arrived quickly, diagnosed the heating problem, and replaced a faulty part. he also looked over my older boiler, explained clearly how it works, and answered all my questions in simple terms. he was patient, pleasant, and very detailed, and the house started warming up fast. i will keep using this team because they know my system well, provide dependable heater service, and always take the time to explain repairs and maintenance clearly.”
