Kenny and his team helped me switch my heating system from oil to gas a year ago, reducing my bill and saving me a lot of money. They did a great job, and their responses were timely, professional, and trustworthy. Bryan recently came over and helped me with another problem. He was not only very professional, careful, and polite but also very patient, explaining the cause of the problem to me. He also kindly reminded me of the issues that I ignored to avoid unnecessary troubles. I'm very happy to work with them.
20 out of 10. Amazing service! And what important is that whatever they did, it completely resolved the issue. My furnace restarted occasionally and blowed cold air, which was very inconvenient during winter time. In the last couple of years, we got several companies to investigate and fix, cost us $2,000+ and it still broke. Absolute came and it was fully resolved in a day. Reasonable price as well. Detailed explanation of what they will do. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
