We were without heat and called for help. within a day one of the guys came and found our furnace in need of repair. One part needed to be ordered and the only distributer had a two week back order.Lo and behold, two weeks go by we called to see if the part was in only to find out the distributor had another 4 to 6 weeks. we decided to just get a new furnace and John went above and beyond to help us out in a very short period of time to get a new furnace and heat back in at home. Very highly recommended.

I highly recommend Conway Heating and Air Conditioning. I had an issue with my furnace and called John Conway. He was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately, and had it up and running in no time. I will be passing along John's number to my family and friends - in case they ever need heating and/or air service.

Late review..John has been out few times to fix my a/c unit. He answers calls promptly - prices reasonable. He is well aware of my job restrictions with the State and always, always work around my schedule. He has never had to come for a repeat service for the same call. first time is charm
