I was having an issue with the heat in my house and the contractor I usually use was having no luck in diagnosing and/or repairing the problem. After three visits and three days- still no heat, I reached out to John at SH&C. Within fifteen minutes of leaving a message he had called back. We talked about the issue and he was very informative and up front about what they could do. Within an hour the technician was at my house and within two hours the house was heating up.
