Tech was on time and the work was done efficiently and tech was very courteous. Service was annual AC scheduled maintenance. When service was done, tech reviewed the results and everything was OK
Called Royal Air Systems at noon and the repairman was here by 3:30. He immediately found the problem, fixed it and brought the system back on-line. This on the second hottest day of the year!
Royal Air made a mistake when fixing my central air. They came back, figured out that it was the part that was causing the problem and replaced it at no cost.
