Of course during the coldest weather,my gas heater goes. I called Royal at 11:30.Someone was at my house by 2.TY Tom! Bad news ,my heat died.Good news,I am with a trusted local company.They have options.Phew.Services: HVAC system repair
We have been so pleased with Royal air! Their costumer service is just phenomenal, they were on time for every single visit! We put in two big units for heat and cooling while doing our entire basement and all the employees were so happy and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process!!! Their price was very reasonable and they also filled out and took care of all the paper work for our rebate with Mass Savings!A 5 star experience! we had Cassius, Rob, Alex, Juan and a few others and they were so easy to deal with! Rose is in the office has been great and very proactive and great at managing our appointments and requests!
