So far, I’ve enjoyed this gym and its group environment. I believe it’s kept me motivated and the instructors push you to do your best as well!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get in a good workout in short time!!“

“I become a member at LAFitness close to one year. When I joined the gym I was seeking a personal trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals. Tommy, the gym's personal trainer has been amazing fitness trainer. He's very consistent with his schedule. He guide me through the process and keeps track of our goals and exercises. Plus he respect my "motherly" limitations. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional fitness trainer.“

“You know you found the right place when you actually enjoy going! We joined back in December 2022 and this is the longest I’ve stuck with a fitness program! Everyone at FINE is so helpful, supportive and are just great people you enjoy seeing regularly. I’ve been training with coach Matt twice a week from the beginning and I’ve learned so much and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have! Learning proper form and lifting weights is actually really fun ? Matt is so knowledgeable and has been a great sounding board (and I ask A LOT of questions haha) talking through food choices and eating habits and also super supportive through my rough respiratory illness and small surgery when I was really frustrated, adjustments were made when needed and just kept going in a safe way which I appreciate so much!“

“I've been working with Peg for roughly five months and have enjoyed every session. Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best.She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts.Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

“This my favorite place to workout. I have been doing the regular big gym memberships on and off for years. But here, I feel the personal attention and coaching has been bar-none. I'm love being there and I always push myself a little more than I would by myself. Jesse is a very knowledgeable trainer and more importantly, a good friend. Everyone is welcome and you feel that in the atmosphere. Definitively not your average gym. My day at Ignite Fitness is always my favorite day of the week.“

“Really great personal gym. I have been going here for about 2 years and as someone who has a hard time being self motivated to go to a regular gym, working with Danny has really helped me become more healthy and stronger. The workouts change each month but still get a full body workout each session. As the month goes on, each week is more challenging than the last and by the end of the month, we are getting a good and tough workout. Group size is small, with 3 being the most I've worked out with, and we each are going at our own customized plan with Danny. He is also helpful about sending home workouts or stretching to do on off days if you ask. Overall great spot and will continue to work out here.“
