Sweat Fixx is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere in the studio is so welcoming, making it feel like a second home. Whether you're a competitive athlete, a beginner, or seeking something fresh for your workout routine, this studio caters to all. During my first visit, despite not being familiar with everything, I felt at ease, thanks to the supportive instructors and regular attendees. I've kept going back and hope to become an instructor there one day!

Sweat Fixx in Arlington, MA is my favorite place to workout! The high-energy classes and motivating instructors create an incredible atmosphere. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The water rowers are a great low impact yet high intensity exercise complemented by their strength offerings makes for an awesome workout. Five stars for an outstanding fitness community that always makes me feel welcome!

These guys are the BEST. Every class is different, challenging, and rewarding; you'd be surprised at how fast you become addicted to the workouts, the instructors and the members. Everyone is super supportive, and there's never any judgment, only motivation to be your best! I moved an hour away and still pop in once in a while for my fix.
