Started a trial at F45 and let me say this gym is crazy! All instructors are very friendly and welcoming. All exercises were demonstrated well, and I was able to get help on my form when needed! So far, I’ve enjoyed this gym and its group environment. I believe it’s kept me motivated and the instructors push you to do your best as well!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get in a good workout in short time!!

I’ve only done 5 classes at F45 and already I’m hooked. Immediately I felt welcomed and comfortable at this gym. It’s clean, brand new and all the workouts are easy to understand. I am so happy I chose F45

I started going here a month ago and love it! I am new to using weights so I was nervous of not using the right form. The trainers are great at helping me correct my form to prevent injury which I really appreciate and love! The trainers, energy and music in the classes are what keep me motivated to push through and keep going! I highly recommend!
