“I have been going to FINE for many years participating in small group training and more recently transitioned to individual personal training. I am recovering from a recent ACL reconstruction and Matt has been amazing creating programs focusing on the muscles around my knee to help strength and support my crazy active lifestyle. Nothing is easy but with consistent work and personal attention watching form has helped me over the past few months. I highly recommend FINE whether you're looking for specific areas of focus or an overall killer workout. Its definitely worth the $$ and investing in yourself is the best thing you can do! The entire staff is fun and energetic and makes working out a blast.”
