I’ve been working out here since they opened there doors and I absolutely love everything about this gym.First I will say that they have the friendliest staff of any other Planet fitness I’ve visited.Alicia is a crowd favorite there and it’s because she’s always greeting everyone with her big smile and is always happy to help with any questions you may have. Her positive energy is contagious!This Saugus location is the biggest on the north shore and they have the cleanest and newest equipment.If you have the black card you can take a guest for free and you have access to the Planet fitness Spa massage beds and tanning beds.I highly recommend this Saugus Location...read full review

Clean, well lit, comfortable and the employee at the desk is very personable. I am at the Saugus location because my home club, Reading, is going through renovations.I may just stay here!

Great space, location and offerings, but soaps are not refilled in the restrooms often enough. Considering all the illnesses around, it would be nice to get my hands clean pre- and post-workout (as is recommended in every PF club). Arrived 2-1/2 hours before closing on a Sunday, and there was no soap in the restroom, so I told the front desk. An hour and a half later? Still no soap anywhere. Do better!
