I have been training with Sean for the better part of 15 years. Sean's attention to form and technique set him apart. His expertise with kettle bells is unsurpassed. More importantly though, Sean finds a balance between routines that are challenging but achievable. As he says, train for gain not for pain!
Sean is a great coach! He's attentive, kind, thoughtful, and funny. He knows how to cue movement and make corrections so that you can get strong safely. He makes both classes and one-on-one sessions fun! Thanks for being awesome, Sean!
We started training with Sean in 2013. He's the best fitness coach I've ever worked with including cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, and nutrition. Sessions are long-term and short-term goal-oriented. I've lost weight, increased my strength and balance all while learning new techniques and achieving new goals I never thought possible. The workouts are challenging in a very positive environment. Sean helps you stay accountable to your goals. And he is also excellent at adapting movements to those with limits to their range of motion.
