“I've been working with Peg for roughly five months and have enjoyed every session. Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best.She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. “This past year has been a rough one on my gut. I thought to myself i need to get a hold of myself and get a mac membership. I was nervous about hitting the weight floor but pete, who was working on the floor told me i have potential and asked if i had heard of intermittent fasting. He fully changed my outlook on working out. I owe all of my gains to him. Everything your looking for in a employee (and friend). need more people in the world like him.“

“Love this gym sometimes crowded but there’s always a machine open. I do have a question a while back people kept leaving reviews that the gym opened around 20-50 minutes late instead of at 5 a.m because of the employees I was wondering if it’s changed so far and does it open at exactly 5am or like within ten minutes or is it the same still? Just trying to get a schedule that I can maintain thanks for the support crunch members ???“
