    Training with Danny at Catalyst Gym has been an incredible experience for me — far better than any other personal trainer I’ve tried in Boston area. He pays close attention to your individual pace, strength, and limits, tailoring workouts accordingly, building up weaker areas while leveraging stronger ones.     I joined catalyst performance training to improve my lower back, hamstrings and ankle mobility. I worked with Danny past few months, he is very knowledgeable and always helpful. After few months, I can see significant improvements. He is always very attentive and customized all the routines. Highly recommend to anyone trying to improve their training.
