Stacey Schaedler Strength offers personal training in Boston and online nutrition coaching for busy women. Prior to the start of semi-private training, Stacey provides a 1-1 assessment with clients based on your individual goals in order to create a CUSTOMIZED strength training plan to get you the results you want. Semi-Private Training is an affordable option with all the benefits of private training only shared with a group (semi-private groups are never larger than 4 people).
