I worked with Ogbonnaya for an injury and to help build my strength and mobility routine which helped me return to sport. He developed workouts that progressed me each week and complimented the movements which would directly apply to my basketball games. He pushes you while listening to you and keeps the workouts fun and engaging. I would recommend Obo for injury prevention/PT and for overall strength training for day to day life!

I have severe neuropathy and dropped feet. I had been wearing AFO braces for three years. My leg muscles were gone. I needed help. I found Chi at Clientel3 and things changed almost overnight. I've stopped wearing the braces. I am walking, granted slowly because my feel still drop and I am prone to tripping, but what a difference! My attitude and confidence are up also. I continue to work on it and expect to continue to improve. Chi and his team are the BEST!
