“We came home from a trip to find our furnace was out, and it was somewhat cold day. I called Haffner and was put in touch with Tommy who was on call. He walked me through a reset which seemed to work at first, but it failed again and I called Tommy back. He ended up having to drive and search for hours for the parts needed for our powervent and I assisted him (held a light) as he did the work in the cold dark outside. We came close to giving up but Tommy persisted and we finally have heat at midnight as I write this. Our sincere thanks to Tommy and Haffner.“

Within 30 minutes of arrival, Chet, one of their top technicians found the leak.
