Scott was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We have had ongoing issues with service on our mini splits, provided by another company.Scott brought a new perspective and I’m hopeful that his expertise will solve our heating and cooling issues.
We called Scott on a Sunday afternoon when our heat went out, he was at our house within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back first thing the next morning with the part and had our heat working within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
