He was booked the day I called, but was able to fit us in within a day to come take a look at our fridge. He called the evening before to confirm the appointment, and arrived right on time. “Spoke to the owner on the phone while we were having a disaster over the XMAS 2022 holidays. It ended up being a septic issue that he could not personally fix but he spent over 15 minutes with us after hours (6:30 PM during holiday week) answering our questions and providing advice on who we should call/the best way to get our situation addressed given the circumstances + after hours dynamic. Really appreciated the time he spent with us despite no gain for him! Upstanding person.“

“I am a local Concord resident and real estate agent. I met Chris one of the owners of Concord Heating and Air at BNI close to a decade ago and immediately became a client of his. I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called at 11am and by 3pm they were there and diagnosed the problem and we were back in business by 4pm. They were here replacing it 4 hours later - fabulous customer service - as always. Call them - you won't be disappointed!“
“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. Really spectacular emergency service, even on Christmas Eve! We greatly appreciate Jessica, Joe and the rest of the team at Regan.Services: HVAC system repair“

“A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“

“Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.“
