“i spoke with ross at the counter about my furnace repair. he was very nice, patient, and helpful. i explained the issue with the blower not turning, and he said the capacitor was a likely cause. I picked up the part, tried it, and when the furnace still was not running right, I called back. ross explained that the blower motor could also be the problem since the unit is older. He helped me get the correct replacement motor and clearly walked me through what needed to be done because the new motor was a different brand. When I got home, I spent several hours removing the old blower motor and installing the new one. After that, my furnace was running again and the house started warming back up, which was a big relief during cold Maynard weather. ross took the time to answer my questions and made the whole furnace service process much easier. Great help, good advice, and a very positive experience overall.”
