Service Tech Paul was very professional, polite and knowledgeable! He performed a complete service check on my A/C and Heating unit and shared that he found a capacitor leaking oil. He gave me a reasonable price to replace it and said he could replace it during this scheduled service call if I liked. I was pleased to get it taken care of on the spot rather than making an additional appointment.Many thanks to Paul for his kindness and excellent work.Services: HVAC system maintenance

It has been a real pleasure doing business with R. H. Young Cooling & Heating. Recommended to me by my neighbor, I called and hired them because my furnace had stopped giving off heat during the night. I knew I was in good hands, the minute I called. I spoke to a lovely woman, named Nancy, who expressed a concern for my lack of heat and was able to "fit me in" and make an early morning appointment for me the next day. I was happy to meet Francisco, who was punctual, professional, courteous friendly, and honest -- just an all-around, trust-worthy, nice guy.
