10/10. I had an absolutely beautiful experience at the Clough Birthing Center at Emerson. After a traumatic birth four years ago at a different hospital, I came in feeling anxious and unsure of what to expect. From the moment I was admitted, I knew this time would be different. I’m incredibly grateful to the L&D nurses, Heidi and Carolyn, who cared for me during my scheduled C-section. They made me feel confident, safe, and genuinely supported every step of the way through my transfer to postpartum. My OB, Dr. Letner, who performed the surgery, was exceptional. She took the time to make sure I felt informed, reassured, and completely at ease. The anesthesiologist (Dr. L, whose full name I unfortunately don’t recall) was also outstanding. He stayed by my side for the entire C-section, making sure I was comfortable and calmly walking me through everything happening on the other side of the curtain. That level of attentiveness made such a difference. Once in postpartum, I was fortunate to have Nurse Lilly on the night shift for my entire stay. I truly credit much of my positive experience and smooth recovery to her. She treated me with such compassion, respect, and attentiveness during a very vulnerable time, it was something you could truly feel. I even found myself looking forward to her 4 AM check-ins. This was a genuinely wonderful experience, and I’m so thankful for the care I received. Thank you, Lilly, Heidi, Carolyn, Dr. Letner, and Dr. L. You are exceptional, and you deserve all that is good in the world. ❤️
Our floors are beautiful and look like new. The crew was friendly and very professional. They used Bona Red Out on our red oak floors then stained them with Silvered Gray then 3 coats of Bona water based satin finish. Our yellowy orange floors are gone and now our rooms are so much brighter and more updated with this new look. Highly recommend!

While this was a small job for HDF, they paid attention to detail, particularly the prep work, which is the secret to a great and long-lasting paint job. They went above and beyond what I had anticipated. Harrison has a well experienced team. On completion of the work, Harrison stopped by to check. Excellent follow-up overall. Hidden Gem has been my go-to for facial/massage tune-ups for many years. In fact, my first visit was in a rented space, before Pahlavi opened the West Concord office. She's earned a 10 in my book every time. Yesterday, she sensed I needed a little more shoulder work, and went above and beyond on the back massage, as well as scalp massage, face massage, and facial with many add-ons including a lovely cold jelly mask/peel. When I lived in Concord 15 years ago I would go regularly, and missed her when I moved a few towns away. After being disappointed by local barbers in my town for years, I went back to Teresa and she was great as always!

The owner of this company gave me a resonable estimate. The workers showed up early every day until the work was completed. The owner came by daily to check on the condition of the work that was being done.
They renovated a small room that my family was renting to someone. They also removed a door and replaced it in another area with a new one.
Recess lights were installed as well as new heater covers. They also put in new flooring and painted the whole room white.
I personally will be calling the company in early spring for the bathroom renovations. The workers work very hard and are reliable. I paid 1/2 up front and the rest when the job was completed.

Concord Center Dental is a gem for many reasons. Dr. Lou and Dr. Gyurko have impressive credentials and experience. The office has a new ductless air ventilation system in each clinical room to eliminate viruses, low-dose digital x-rays, and the quietest electric dental drills. The staff is professional and congenial in a comfortable office that feels homey.
Recently Dr. Lou discovered a chipped crown resulting in a cavity below the gum line. Thanks to Dr. Gyurko, a Periodontist, minor oral surgery was scheduled for a few days later. Dr. Lou completed the work with a filling and a new crown. I am grateful to Dr. Lou and Dr. Gyurko for saving my tooth instead of pulling it.

Jim does amazing work. He was able to heal me better and faster then physical therapy recently. The type of massage is different then other therapists I've gone to. I feel almost immediate relief from pain whereas the others it took several days to recover. This type of treatment is working for me. 2 sessions ago, Jim worked on my back. When the treatment was finished, I was able to bend and twist without pain. I felt like I was 20 years old again! You should check it out for yourself.
Yes, more please! Samantha is a highly skilled practitioner and healer with a good attitude. I decided to try Thai massage for the first time. It was amazing. I came in with shoulder pain. I don't know how or what she did but before she even started working on my shoulder the pain was gone. I was really impressed with her knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics yoga and the healing arts in general. She's very good at what she, highly recommend.

After undergoing knee replacement surgery at the end of August 2025 I had the pleasure of seeing Shane Wunderli as my PT. I made tremendous strides under his care and would highly recommend him. He was wonderful to work with, courteous, kind and very professional. Whatever questions I had he was able to answer. The fact that he listened and advised as to what we were doing and how my knee was responding really help me recover quite quickly. We just didn't do the same old exercises. Wed adjusted the plan and it seemed to make a big difference. I highly recommend Shane, Clough is lucky to have him.
