One part needed to be ordered and the only distributer had a two week back order.Lo and behold, two weeks go by we called to see if the part was in only to find out the distributor had another 4 to 6 weeks. we decided to just get a new furnace and John went above and beyond to help us out in a very short period of time to get a new furnace and heat back in at home. Very highly recommended.“

We have allergies in our family, and he and his son took extra care to keep us safe, which was very appreciated. They are able to come scent-free if anyone in your family is sensitive to scents! “Freiner Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded to my emergency the same day I called! Dave from Freiner came and was very knowledgeable and fixed the leaking shower mixing valve so the leak couldn’t cause further water damage. I have also had the good luck of having Clark and Ken Freiner install a new Burnham boiler a few years ago. Freiner is a family owned company that are honest and professional! They do excellent work and stand behind it, which is rare to find these days.“

“After a failed shower valve caused extensive water damage in our house, Chase Plumbing was an amazing resource and superb in helping remediate. They willingly worked closely with my insurance company, kept everyone informed, and accommodated other schedules more than they should have been asked to. It made a stressful situation much easier. I called Chase as they have done some small jobs and installed a new water heater for us over the years. Always excellent and this was no different.“
“Lost hot water at the shower and likely culprit was the Moen PosiTemp cartridge. No problem. Went to HD, bought the cartridge, came home and tried to remove the old one. Hahaha Did. Not. Budge. Tried to rip the thing out for over an hour, but it was so corroded it had fused with the faucet. It was about 4pm when I started to panic. Couldn't put the control valve back together because it was so f broken. Basically an open tap. I looked up a Waltham plumber with some good reviews and called Hickey's Plumbing. Michael answered, understood the problem and said he would be there within the hour. He was there in 40 min. Michael and the guy he was working with were there right away when I needed help, fixed it so I could turn the water back on, ordered the parts and came back in a day to install them. Both Michael and his assistant plumber were fast and professional.“
“Prompt, excellent service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!We had a shower valve break on the 2nd floor of our home. Water had leaked into our main floor and into our basement. We had to turn off the water to the house and needed someone to come out and help ASAP. We called Karl that day and he rearranged his Saturday so he could come over and help us out. He did a great job and fixed the shower without having to open up the wall. We are so grateful he was able to help us. We will be using Sully's for all of our future plumbing needs!“

“We switched to this oil company the end of last year and we’re so happy that we did. They have been incredible helpful and have really great customer service. We badly needed the oil tanks in our two family house replaced and our old oil company was being very unhelpful and rude. McClellan took us on as a new customer and moved us to the top of their busy install list, because they saw that our tanks were in such bad shape. They also came out multiple times to check their work when I was convinced the tanks had gotten reversed and were super friendly about it even when it became clear that I was wrong! Can’t recommend this company enough.“
