I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called at 11am and by 3pm they were there and diagnosed the problem and we were back in business by 4pm. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair at reasonable costs.We then had Rocha help with our renovation project. He extended a new duct for our existing HVAC and installed a new heat pump. “Just had a whole house mini-split heat pump installed that required 2 outside condenser units and 8 indoor heads by Quality Air Systems. I chose them over a couple of larger volume installers and I couldn't be happier. With their very competitive quote , a $10,000 rebate from Massachusetts and a $2,000 Federal tax credit the whole system was relatively inexpensive. They spent a lot of time up front coming up with a placement for each indoor and outdoor that would satisfy us and maximize the functionality of the system. The installation crew was courteous and worked extremely hard to get the entire system installed in 2.5 days without disrupting our activities. We had the chance to use the system during a 2 day stretch of 90+ degrees and it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Quality Air Systems for your HVAC needs.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services“

“Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.“

“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. Really spectacular emergency service, even on Christmas Eve! We greatly appreciate Jessica, Joe and the rest of the team at Regan.Services: HVAC system repair“
