“I want to strongly recommend RER Fuel Service for anyone who is the market for oil delivery and service. In the three years we have lived in our new house, they have been extremely cooperative and more than helpful. Their prices are quite competitive, and they even try to work around upcoming price increases to help save us money. They've never been even close to late on a delivery - nothing to worry about there.And I couldn't say more good things about Jeff, who has helped us through a couple of installations and - most helpfully - a few heat emergencies and repairs. He's not hesitated to help at all hours and over weekends. His work is first rate and again is designed with the customer's needs always in mind. (Note that they only service customers who are on their delivery plans - so sign up before you have a problem ;-) )Great company!“

“I had them come do a boiler tune-up before the winter. They were 2 hours past when they said they’d be there, and I didn’t get a call until an hour and half past the scheduled time, but they did still come and were very friendly and did a great job explaining simple boiler maintenance“

“edit: the owner reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and had an honest and open discussion regarding the situation and apologizing. While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this.Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this“

“We have used Greg Ostrowski for 10 years and he and his team consistently do a great job. When our heating company failed to show up on a cold January morning (Jan 2024) after the heating system broke down during the night, Derrick from Ostrowski was there within an hour and is doing a great job!“
