“It's a Hot Summer day! I called because my HVAC unit had water coming from the unit piece inside my house. Brain Flett ( the owner) wasted no time in getting back to me. He was working about an hour away, so he told me to turn off the HVAC and wait for him. After a full assessment, Brian realized that the inside cooling unit was not leveled. He came up with two solutions: 1. he would have to return and untape the unit and balance it out. 2. Figure out how to level it without "high cost" and in less time. Well, Brian amazingly identified how much ( less than an inch, about a half inch) he needed to level the unit. He placed the exact-sized piece to make it work, turned on the HVAC, and no water was draining. 1. The quick problem solving of Brian ( amazing)! 2.
