I want to strongly recommend RER Fuel Service for anyone who is the market for oil delivery and service. In the three years we have lived in our new house, they have been extremely cooperative and more than helpful. Their prices are quite competitive, and they even try to work around upcoming price increases to help save us money. Jeff is really the best of all. Complicated story, but let me simplify that: After one freezing night with temperature below zero fahrenheit, the HVAC in my home was blowing out cold air and I had a burst water pipe (I was able to shut the main water supply to prevent flooding). With a call to Jeff, he showed up immediately on that day despite his packed schedule (I can imagine how many calls he got on those freezing days). Within a few hours, he fixed my pipe, identified the problem in the heating system, suggested solutions and presented me with several options and the pros and cons of those options. Jeff and his team replaced our air conditioning system 2 years ago. They were neat and professional and did an outstanding job. At Thanksgiving our grandson pulled up a return grate and dropped a toy train engine into it. Jeff sent someone out the next Monday to rescue the train so we could return it. RER is the best.
