“Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product. George was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job carefully wrapping the line sets with the new product. The cost for the replacement was very reasonable. The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
