“I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.

Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps.

To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems.

The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome.“

He fixed our busted capacitor, got the external fan running and even replaced the filter - all free of charge since we’re on their maintenance plan. “So a true story here. Our AC failed this weekend Fourth of July. Big heat wave wave in Boston as we all know. I called several HVAC companies and of course they’re all very booked but a guy shows up from a company I shall not name and after doing a little bit of examinations tells me I need a new AC system immediately. It’ll be eight to $12,000. He can do it Monday. Meanwhile, I had also called Ken and he showed up (I believe this is Ken himself), about an hour and a half later. He proceeded to take a look and then simply replaced our capacitor unit and hosed off the condenser coils with my water hose. Immediately, the fan on the external unit at our house was functioning again which the other guy told me was broken and needed to be replaced, hence need for full system replacement. So I had a functional AC system…for $375 vs $10,000!!! What can I say Ken? It’s an honest guy and straight shooter…outstanding service. Highly recommend and not scam artist. Thank you Ken.“

“Our sewer line inspection unfortunately indicated some issues.
128 PHCE clearly indicated the work that would be required and the pricing. The crew of Steven, Rich, Christian, and Charlie were one of the most knowledgeable and professional trades crews that I have dealt with. Work ethics were outstanding. Work was completed on time with minimal interference to our household. They even graded, removed stones and reseeded the area that was disturbed in our lawn. Who does that!

“Green Tech came for an emergency with a leaky shower-it was quoted and fixed at same time. The positive is he came at end of day for the emergency and didn’t leavr till complete. And he also noticed out sink was leaking- he fixed that as well. Did not leave till after 7pm. We are grateful for Green Tech. Steve is outstanding.“

“I was having issues with my AC and thought it was the filters and then when I realized it might of been something else, I called and they sent someone out as my digital reading was saying AC isn't running, poor air quality, within an hour they had someone at our home. They went over everything within the AC units and before they left came back in to make sure everything was running again and the Eco thermostat was running as well.
