Service Right, LLC is a professional and responsive HVAC business. They came out within a day to assess and fix an HVAC issue on a hot summer day. They were honest and gave helpful advice to avoid future problems. The owner, Jolly, is a genuine and honest man and a skilled technician. He came out quickly during a heatwave, identified the problem, and fixed it easily. He explained his diagnostic steps and analysis, with upfront and straightforward pricing. He helped revive a 23-year-old condensing unit and fixed an issue that two other companies couldn’t figure out. Service was prompt and efficient, and the charge was reasonable. He did not try to sell anything and fixed a unit in less than 15 minutes. He is highly recommended and has loyal customers.

I worked with Service Right LLC, and specifically with Jolly who is the owner a couple of weeks ago when I ran into problem with my AC during a heatwave. Despite the busy season, Jolly came out quickly, identified the problem with my drainage plumbing and fixed it easily. He also helped me understand my AC system increasing my ability to use it properly in the future. Jolly was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. The charge was reasonable and I would work with him and Service Right again in the future.
