Sean and his team just finished installing heat pumps on our house. It's a bit early to evaluate how well the system works, but the experience of working with them was outstanding. The pricing was competitive and Sean's communication was outstanding for its promptness and clarity. The work was done on time as promised, and they left the house spotless. When it was time to commission the system, Raphael was terrific -- competent, friendly, answered questions readily and clearly, and patiently solved the inevitable problems as they arose. Highly recommend.
Great service and great crew - from the field guys to the front office. Very responsive. A couple small items needed attention once installed and they jumped right on it to get it right. Very happy with Pro Heating & Cooling.
