They finished the job in a day and we're respectful of property and kept me informed as the project progressed.”
“So we just got dealing with this company. Initially they were called out due to water leaking from our living room ceiling. We assumed it was a leaking pipe or something of that nature. After cutting into the ceiling and exposing a portion of the area above, we couldn’t see any pipes. This team were incredibly thorough in getting to the source of the problem. They checked all levels, ran tests on certain areas to see where it was rooted. The end result was actually a leak in the roofing sealant for the front porch that was seeping between the roof and the superficial ceiling. These two were great at handling our landlord and providing advice regarding potential mold remediation, helping find contacts that work with roofing, etc. I was even left with a dripping pipe after another plumber had come over earlier in the day and left with the advice of “just put a bucket under it”. When I called to see if they had any tips, they pointed me in the right direction without having to even come back. I was able to fix the issue myself and am incredibly appreciative both of their work yesterday, and their willingness to help with a follow up call. Great team, highly recommend!”

When I called for diagnostic service for my AC, the technician, Conor, arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and quickly identified the problem. Matt, the electrician, replaced the faulty thermostat and took the time to explain how to set up and use the new Smart Thermostat HQ and what to expect from it. Conor and Matt worked together and had my AC fixed the same day—great job! No complaints here. They seem trustworthy and professional, and I will definitely consider them when it’s time to replace my heating and AC systems.”

“I was having issues with my AC and thought it was the filters and then when I realized it might of been something else, I called and they sent someone out as my digital reading was saying AC isn't running, poor air quality, within an hour they had someone at our home. They went over everything within the AC units and before they left came back in to make sure everything was running again and the Eco thermostat was running as well. Had to shut off the hot water but Matt made us a priority and came right out to check on things.<br><br>Within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and provided us a range of options to choose from. We ended up going with a 50 gallon 10 year tank with an auto shut off for the top of the tank for a fantastic price and great rate for the installation. I thought he was really fair in pricing, clearly someone who cares about doing right by his people and I respect that.<br><br>Matt and his guys had the thing replaced within an hour or two once they got down to it. These guys are absolute pros, Im super super impressed and glad that I took up the referral for them!”

He is straightforward, honest and extremely competent. “As far as I can tell, Thomas did his job correctly. In addition to the head units he thoroughly cleaned and hosed off the compressor. Best of all he stowed the garden hose, which is hard for me. He was neat, friendly and business like; such behavior makes a callback more likely. We have had no problems with the HP since its installation two years ago. So obviously if it continues to function well, then Thomas has done his job successfully.”
