What I really appreciate is how they actually listen. They’re super friendly, open to whatever you’re thinking, but also not afraid to guide you with their own ideas—and they’re usually right. You can tell they truly care about keeping your hair healthy, not just making it look good for the day.

I’ve been to Araxi a few times now and every visit has been great. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her attention to detail really shows in her work. She takes the time to actually listen to what you want and makes sure you leave happy. Theresa is amazing. Her experience is reflected in the quality. I have silvery platinum hair and a lot of others have a hard time getting me to that color. Theresa gets it every single time and gets it perfectly. She if efficient and has excellent attention to detail.
Kristin has been doing my hair for over 17+ years. From platinum blonde, black hair and everything in between ( bright purple and wonderful hair cuts included) she has always exceeded my expectations. So happy to refer all my friends to her. They bring their own voientel so there is someone available for each person who walks in.
Only issue, and it's tiny.
The woman at the desk near the door was not very friendly and did not greet me when I walked in.
As it was my first time, I expected a bit more.

Delighted to rate Paula at Vive 5 stars as she is a star herself. Went to her on a whim when my current hairdresser was booked. Did something somewhat conservative but different and I was thrilled with the the results of my new cut. A few weeks later went for a full color and she did not disappoint. She is not only talented, she is a very nice person. I would highly recommend Paula. She listens but takes risks within your comfort zone. Fabulous.

I just got a haircut from Linda Cohen and I LOVE it. It honestly the best haircut I've had in quite a while. I have very long, fine, straight hair. She did an incredibly job giving me layers and keeping the bottom looking very full. All the layers look very blended and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend!
Still coming here years later. Now that I'm getting older and need my roots dyed regularly I've been seeing Laura more often. Color and blow dry is always on point for a very reasonable price!

First of all - it's by appointment, which I absolutely love. And on top of that I got a quick and clean cut at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended for a casual cut. Make sure to bring cash.

I have been a customer of T Spa for the past 4 years, and this has to be my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. As someone who had less than ideal experiences at previous salons, I was so happy to find a place where I truly felt welcome. Every staff member I have encountered over the years have been amazing. Owner Sophia is so sweet and extremely accommodating. Their prices are so reasonable and the results are always phenomenal.

Julia is truly fantastic! I started going to her in the Summer after I was recommended by a friend. The brow shop I had been going to closed and I tried out someone else. They really misshaped my brows and made them too thin. Within a matter of 2-3 sessions, Julia worked her magic! My brows have NEVER looked better! I couldn't recommend her more!

What an amazing and seamless experience! Olivia and Paddy showed up on time and knew exactly what to do and how to troubleshoot a somewhat complicated situation at my brownstone on Newbury St. We had issues with the property management company and they managed the whole operation, pushing it along and making sure the job got done and was complete and all with smiles on their faces! Matt has done plumbing work a handful of times for us and he's fantastic. On multiple occasions he's had me troubleshoot the problem myself and some of those times I was able to resolve it without having to have him come out or pay him a dime. He responds to photos of the problem area sent over text. Other times it has helped narrow down the problem so he knows what he's dealing with in advance of showing up which helps him arrive prepared with the necessary parts and gets him in and out quicker. He has responded to calls on holidays and come out after-hours, warning us in advance that he'll bill at his emergency rate. I hope to not have many plumbing problems, but when they inevitably arise, I'm calling Matt.

Dr. Chang and his excellent staff are the best! I hope this high level of expertise, knowledge, and thoughtful approach to long-term dental health is available to everyone …but, unfortunately, I doubt it. This is the gold standard for dental care that we should all be able to get.
They make sure that insurance pays as much as possible so that what remains to be paid out of pocket is reasonable and affordable. As someone who doesn't go to the dentist often, I do wish I could have gotten a deeper dive education on how to avoid such bad cavities to the point of tooth extraction, or on what to expect in the next few days after removal, or on how to avoid dry socket, which I am now researching
We have been coming for years with our cats and dog and have always loved the care and our pets are given. Recently, however, out beautiful orange kitty Logan, became terminally ill. The care they showed him and the kindness they gave to us, the humans, made it a bit less awful. We got a wonderful note from Dr. Binder after it all happened, and it was much appreciated.
They could not have taken Better care of our Bode.. He knew he was loved there..
