15 Flanders Rd, Belmont“Miraculous Care for Our Cat at Fresh Pond Animal Hospital - Dr. Bonacordi is Exceptional! We recently took our cat to Fresh Pond Animal Hospital due to an issue with his back leg. Dr. Bonacordi was our savior in this distressing time. Opting for acupuncture under her guidance, we witnessed a remarkable improvement in just one session. Our cat, who struggled with basic movements like sitting, standing, and even during urination and defecation, can now walk and jump with ease.Dr. Bonacordi's approach is truly "cat first" and "feel cat." Her gentle manner and comprehensive care have not only comforted our cat but also brought immense relief to us as pet owners. Seeing our beloved pet suffer was heart-wrenching, and Dr. Bonacordi’s effective treatment has been a ray of hope.We are eagerly looking forward to the remaining sessions, confident that they will further improve his condition. Dr. Bonacordi is more than a veterinarian; she's a compassionate healer who genuinely understands and cares for animals. We are profoundly grateful for her exceptional care and highly recommend Fresh Pond Animal Hospital for anyone seeking outstanding veterinary care.“
“The Vets visited my girlfriend's house and took very good care of her cat and performed all the necessary actions that my girlfriend mentioned to them“
“Dr Grambow has been our vet for almost 16 years in April 2024 he is empathetic, caring and compassionate to my dog overall health care.“
“Wow - what a great resource. My regular vet couldn’t fit us in for a same day appointment but they recommended Pet Medic Watertown. We got right in (east online) and were treated efficiently, professionally and with warmth and kindness. From front desk, to vet tech, to vet - everyone was wonderful both to my dog and to me. Meds purchased on site - we were in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend !“

We were cared for quickly and the process was explained so we knew exactly what was going on and how our pup would be cared for.She is better than new because of the incredible care, compassion, and quick work we received at VUCC Dedham.Thank you! “The Highland Team gave our 18 week puppy Harry a warm and thorough welcome to the area and his new home. They listened carefully to all our questions, and the visit was as satisfactory as we had expected from the the positive references.“
“I have been taking my dogs Jack and Neptune to Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital for many years. They provide an exceptionally high level of care. All of the staff and the Vets are compassionate very kind and highly skilled. Dr. Kate Wissel has been our primary vet and I am so grateful for all she has done for my pets. Thank you Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital. A special thanks to Dr. Hawk for making it all happen.“
“I don't even know how to adequately thank Dr. Jeremy Gransky for his kindness and professionalism with our family. We lost BOTH of our dogs in 2021 to cancer and we were so devastated at the thought of their last act being taken to a sterile and scary animal hospital to be euthanized. We were so lucky to have found these guys. Dr Gransky has a bedside manner that I've never experienced even from human doctors. He tells you everything to expect beforehand, so there are no horrible surprises. He gives your family time to say goodbye as he waits outside in his car. He is just so caring and has figured out EXACTLY what grieving pet families need to start their journey without their pet. The office is so kind and helps make arrangements for cremation (if that's what you want) and they send handwritten sympathy cards and they make sure the cremation process is handled quickly and professionally. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough. We miss our dogs so much still, but instead of anguishing over how they had to spend their last hours, we can cherish the time they got to spend with us at home, feeling safe and loved. There is just no price you can put on something like that.“

334 Chestnut St, Needham“I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. The receptionist/administrator, vet techs & veterinarians were so nice to us during a very sad and stressful time.“
“The staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Hemstreet has taken great care during my cat's visits, answering all of my questions and being gentle and attentive to my pet.“

150 Belmont St, Watertown“We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians. The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff. The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.“

93 Hyde Park Ave, Boston“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!“
“After trying 4 different clinics in the area I Thankfully found Weston Vet Clinic. Everything about this Vet clinic is wonderful. Perfect customer service from the front staff, technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable and all of the doctors are simply amazing and attentive to all of my four cats individual needs. I primarily see Dr. Mackey but have also seen two other wonderful vets there. I drive 40 miles after moving but I don’t mind the drive because they are worth every mile. I am so thankful for this vet clinic, the good work that they do, and for the staff and doctors there. I HIGHLY recommend them.“
“Current employee at Vet's Best Friend and I have nothing but good things to say! From my colleagues to the culture, I truly enjoy being part of this incredibly inclusive team and company.Everyone at VBF cares about you inside and outside of the workplace which I find invaluable! This is the place to take your career to the next level while having the space to be innovative.“
“I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.“

“I got a recommendation to come here after having a horrible experience at another vet that left me in tears. They are extremely welcoming and upfront about the cost of procedures/ exams. Dr. Alan Bodenmueller treated my cat Punky with such warmth and understanding and he was extremely knowledgable and communicative about the dental work she needs done. I am so grateful to have found a vet I can trust!“
