I made my first appointment with Ani last week for a brow lamination and tint. She listened to my concerns about some of the hairs still sticking up or looking as though they wouldn’t hold (I have fine hair that grows downwards, which is why I like to get laminations), and she told me to come back the next week so she could redo it without over processing. I’m very pleased with how they look and feel after she fixed them; they’re the exact shape I was looking for! She was also kind enough to re-tint them for me. Great customer care all around!
I have been going to Brows by Ani for the past 8 or so months to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded. They are fantastic! I have only had positive experiences. Subi is wonderful and does a great job every time. She always works with me to make sure the shade is what I’m looking for, which can be tricky as a redhead. I definitely recommend Brows by Ani for your brow needs!
I have been coming to Brows by Ani since I first saw their sign go up. Belmont and the Watertown area truly needed a threading spa that would raise the standard, and they have done exactly that.
They offer both walk in services and the convenience of booking appointments online. I have to say that the quality of their work has been consistently amazing every single time. When you find a place that delivers the same exceptional experience visit after visit, you know you have found something special.
