Fair prices, no unpleasant surprises and as people they are courteous and respectful. They even managed to somehow match the paint in my kitchen (I had to have one wall rebuilt and repainted) perfectly, so I didn't need to repaint the whole room! Kept the whole house, inside and out, clean during and after the project.“

US Home Construction was very professional and fixed everything that needed fixing. After a year and three months, I haven't had water leaked inside my house. I am very plasure!“

Mardy from FRS was a gentleman from the first time we talked and met at our rental property in Revere and provided the best service through the completion of the project. He took the time to answer every question, was honest, thorough, provided options, never tried to upsell, and truly wanted what was best for me and the property. Maria from FRS was also great, at one point needed a letter for our insurance company and needed it quickly and they both dropped everything to help me out and get sent over in time. The project just finished today and I saw the work for the first time and everything looks great. “We had a leak on the back part of our roof and on the dormer. Roof over 20 years old. Justin from the sales team came out promptly and gave us a good read on our roof’s major and minor deficiencies, laying out different options at different price points. We decided to do a full new roof with new gutters. We compared the quote to three other vendors and found it most competitive - high-quality shingle materials combined with relatively low price. A team of about ten people came out within three weeks and completed the job in 2.5 days. My one small knock was that the sales team said fascia only needed partial replacement, but it ended up being a full replacement, thus requiring a separate quote and higher cost. But this was only a small portion of the total project. The team provided a lot of photographs of the project, so we had good visibility on progress and the final results“
