Client waiting area is large and airy.
Lots of glass and 5 chairs.
Must have an appointment so it cuts down on wait times.
Generally all the stylists are very friendly.
They bring their own voientel so there is someone available for each person who walks in.
Only issue, and it's tiny.
The woman at the desk near the door was not very friendly and did not greet me when I walked in.
As it was my first time, I expected a bit more.

Most salon suites are tiny and without windows. This spot has large spaces with windows. Marlene the manager, is amazing. She’s very nice, professional and accommodating.
