From Dave who came out to do the measurements and answer questions, giving clear information that made sense, to Liz in the office who scheduled and answered questions, to the installers Bruno and Magno who arrived on time both days, worked quickly and efficiently, instructed us respectfully on where we could move, and when gave us guidance on how to take care of our floor, cleaned up after, did all things on the estimate completely and beautifully. They used Bona Red Out on our red oak floors then stained them with Silvered Gray then 3 coats of Bona water based satin finish. “Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment.
I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.

“Tao and his crew did an amazing job installing our new engineered hardwood floors.
We needed to get rid of our carpet and replace it with new hardwood floors. When Tao first came by for a free estimate, he had great suggestions to make the space look larger and more open. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors.
Tao's estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies I reached out to. I went with Tao because of his background as a designer and I trusted he would make sure the floors look great! It ended up being a great decision because we are very happy with our new floors!

At no fault of theirs I had to have some work done to my garage and unfortunately the floor was damaged in one small area. I felt bad and wasn't sure that they would do such a small repair.
