Loved the space, surprisingly vast room. I recommend the cupping if you don't mind looking like a strike zone. It is not as painful as it looks. Amanda does a great job and I look forward to seeing her again.

I highly recommend Lavender Wellness and Massage, It is a great small studio and I had a wonderful massage with Amanda. She has great technique and I totally enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend this studio and Amanda. It is easy to book online and make an appointment.

I have been seeing Tamara for years. She is the best therapist I have ever had! Not only are her hands magical but, she has an intuitive sense of what’s going on in your body and she is a gifted healer! She also has a vast knowledge of Anatomy, body mechanics and multiple massage techniques. She is always my go to. Recently, I took a really bad fall and landed on my neck. It was extremely painful and I did not have any range of motion. I called her and asked what I could do as I thought it was too tender to massage. She used Cold Laser Therapy on me.
