We had to coordinate with the town to install a new transformer and completely move the line from one side of the house to the other, and Elliot took care of it all. I am so impressed by the level of detail that Elliot delivered. I have even had other trades people compliment his work when they see it. He went above and beyond my expectations on how the meter socket was mounted to the siding (mounted on a new pvc block, backed by house wrap, and installed a drip edge!). I could go on and on about how happy we are with the final product (also included rewiring two new panels in the basement), but I think you get the idea. I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem. Alex very capably diagnosed the issue as a blown breaker. He did not have that type on his vehicle and had to get the part, with this time being billed. It was explained that electricians cannot carry every part for every home/business. While the cost seemed higher than we expected, I’m not an expert at electrical rates. Alex was highly skilled, the issue was repaired quickly, and we soon had hot water.
