“I put in a call to Frank O'reilly and he returned my call later that day. I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem. I am happy to now have a reliable electrician I can call when I have electrical problems that need a professional. I give Frank O'reilly my highest recommendation.“

“We were referred to Dave when our electrician couldn’t make it out after a big storm took out a tree and pulled down our utility pole. After 4 days without power eversource put a new pole in but only ran electric from the road to our pole. They could do the last leg to our house, which goes underground from pole. Dave and his crew were here within a couple hours after I called. Since I was on a business trip, they helped out my wife and communicated everything very clearly. She raved about how nice they were! The task was to re-run the underground wires from our home to the utility pole, and rebuild the wire conduits up the pole. Excellent, timely work.“

“I recommended 5 stars for Anderson Electric, Keith Anderson and his crew because there are only 5 stars. My rating of Anderson Electric Services is 1000% positive. As long as I own my home, I will never hire any other company. I first contacted Keith to rewire my first floor bathroom and install an exhaust fan. Keith returned my initial outreach call within an hour of my online email, came to look at the proposed work to be done and returned a detailed proposal within 24 hours of his visit. Pricing was entirely reasonable and competitive. I am really impressed by Keith's professionalism, realistic timeline for completing projects, and the speed, quality and honesty of his work. Recently my breaker panel malfunctioned causing the electrical circuits in my entire house to burn out (3 levels, 15 rooms, front and back porches) When I saw flames coming out of electric outlets, I panicked and called Keith hoping he wouldn't be on vacation. Keith came to my house within 10 minutes of my call, did a complete walkthrough and intervention to prevent additional fire outbreaks, came back to walkthrough what happened and what was needed to repair with my insurance adjuster, submitted his proposal again in 24 hours and was immediately approved to do the repairs on my claim because my adjuster was impressed by Keith's expertise and the detail of his well-written proposal. I would make suggestions that Keith would advise were not necessary; thus saving me money when he could have increased his budget. His integrity is amazing. His crew works with Keith's high standards of professionalism and experience. Keith is also highly regarded by the town inspection department, Anderson Electric is honestly the best anyone can hope to contract for electric services.“
