“I made my first appointment with Ani last week for a brow lamination and tint. She listened to my concerns about some of the hairs still sticking up or looking as though they wouldn’t hold (I have fine hair that grows downwards, which is why I like to get laminations), and she told me to come back the next week so she could redo it without over processing. I’m very pleased with how they look and feel after she fixed them; they’re the exact shape I was looking for! She was also kind enough to re-tint them for me. Great customer care all around!”
