Grace is very nice. So are the girls that work there. My dip manicure came out great. The spa pedicure was timed with an egg timer that ticked down next to me and was very distracting. I brought my 90 year old mother there for a spa pedicure and then asked them to please cut and file her nails. No polish on her toes or fingers and they charged me for a full manicure. Grace and her staff are very pushy about tipping. Of course you are going to give them a tip - but they want you to confirm this while your having your services. My regular spot for manis and pedis. They do the best pedicures in this price range, in my opinion - they are never rushed and include things you don't find at a lot of other places, like the ability to choose different scents for you pedi, treatment that breaks down calluses and dead skin, as well as hot wax treatment for you heels. Overall feels like an upgraded experience. Best part is the people that work there are super friendly and welcoming!

Overall the tech did a good job on my manicure but it was the lack of communication / feeling rushed when trying to pick a color. I wanted a color to match what was already on my toes and I also showed a photo of the color with the Opi name on my phone. I was looking for a white color and ended up leaving with a clear polish that doesn't look like I have paint on my nails. A little disappointed considering the gel mani was $35.
